1 Soursop (de-seeded)
1 dollop Sea moss gel
3 tbsps. Hemp seeds
1 Date
1 frozen banana
1-1.5 cup Berry blend (raspberries, blueberries,
blackberries)
1 thumb size piece turmeric
1.5 cups Fresh squeezed O.J. to blend
Toppings: optional
1/2 cup blueberries
1 kiwi
In a High-speed Blender
- combine ingredients together
for 30 seconds or until
creamy
* for best results use frozen fruit
