"Late Night Snack" Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen banna

1 cup frozen strawberries 

2 dates (pitted)

1 tbsp. Pure vanilla extract

1 dollop Nut butter of choice

2 tbsps. Hemp Seeds

 

Toppings: optional

Fresh blueberries

Golden raisins

Cinnamon

Pecan clusters

In a High-speed Blender

- combine ingredients together

for 30 seconds or until

creamy
