Juicy Savory Quinoa Bowl

Get into this delicious salad. If you haven't tried quinoa before, start here!

Ingredients:

1 c. Cherry tomatoes

1 c. English cucumbers

1 c. Red onions

2 cps. chopped spinach

1 c. cooked Quinoa (cook beforehand,

& set it in the fridge)

1 c. Kalamata olives

 

Dressing: 

1/2 c. Olive oil

3 tbsp. Red wine vinegar

Salt to taste (Himalayan Pink Salt)

Black Pepper

Garlic & Onion Powder

1 c. fresh lemon juice

Mix ingredients into quinoa, then mix in salad dressing. Enjoy!

* for best results, set salad in fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow ingredients to marinate
