Pineapple-Ginger Immunity shots

Inflammation is the number one cause of most illnesses. Enjoy 1-2 shots a day for preventive health. Other powerful ingredients in these wellness shots include ginger, lemon/lime, and turmeric. 


*Makes 8-10 shots 

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple, peeled

  • 2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled

  • 2 small pieces of turmeric, peeled 

  • 1 lime or lemon, peeled

  • 2 cups water (only needed if using a blender)


Using a Juicer: 

  1. Place ingredients into Juicer

  2. Serve and Enjoy 


Using a Blender:

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend for 30

seconds to a minute.

2. Using a wide-mouthed container and mesh

strainer, strain the mixture.

3. Take a small spoon or spatula to help distribute the liquid through.

You could also use a nut milk bag to squeeze the liquid out.*

4. Serve and enjoy!

These shots can be enjoyed as is or made into a yummy popsicle.
